On Monday, August 19th, 2013, the Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture, Mr. Hashimoto and Myanmar Airways International\u2019s chairman, Mr. Khin Maung Latt reached a basic agreement and signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch three weekly programmed charter flights beginning within the year.<\/p>\r\n
