• Cars borrowed in the period are subject to campaign.
• When you reserve a car designating its model, an optional charge for designating car model is required. (charge for designating a model of a car…JPY 2,200 / one time)
• Car in the classes other than the above-mentioned classes are not applicable to the Campaign.

Requirements

Those who arrive at Ibaraki airport on international flights, stay at accommodations in Ibaraki prefecture one night or more and rent cars at Toyota Rental & Lease Ibaraki Airport shop on arriving day.

• Showing your boarding pass is required before renting a car. (If 2 or more persons ride the same car, all their boarding passes should be shown.)
• When returning the car, you will be asked to show the receipts or certifications issued by the hotel or inn in Ibaraki to each person riding the same car.

please note the followings

• You can pick up a car exclusively at Toyota Rental & Lease Ibaraki Airport shop.
• If you drop off the car rented for the campaign price at other following branch shops than Ibaraki Airport Shop in Ibaraki prefecture, the drop-off fee will be charged based on regulation of the Toyota Rent Lease Corporation. ( Tsuchiura Arakawaoki shop, Tsuchiura Station West exit shop, Ushiku Station East exit shop, Toride shop, TX Moriya Station West exit shop, Tukuba Gakuen shop, TX Tsukuba Station shop, Koga Station shop, Ishige shop and Chikusei shop)
• If you return the car to another branch shop outside Ibaraki, an extra drop-off fee will be charged and you are not eligible for this campaign.
• Reservation can only be made through official Website of TOYOTA Rent a Car. (Reservation through other websites are not eligible for the campaign.)
• When reserving a car through official Website of TOYOTA Rent a Car, the website is not showing the campaign. Please make a reservation at normal price and notify that you applied for the campaign when renting a car at the counter of Toyota Rental & Lease Ibaraki Airport Shop.
• You can’t pay for the rental fee by using travel coupons.
• If you use the rental car exceeding the campaign hours, extra fee will be charged.The cost of car insurance and other options such as designating the model of the car should be paid separately besides the basic fee.
